  • Which fields must match with our database?

    Students Date Of Birth

    Students Preffered Name

    Parent first and last name


    School Cloud wil check with our database for these details; if they don't match you will be unable to login.

    If you have double checked everything and it still sin't working; please email the school with the details you are currently trying to login with, both yours and the child's, so that we can check them against our system.


    Students Preffered Name:
    If you requested for your child to be know as another name on our system this will count as a 'Preffered Name'.

  • How do I book an appointment?
  • I can only book an appointment for one of my children?

    Please email the school and provide these details:

    • Your name
    • Relation to the child e.g. Mum/Dad
    • The name of the child that you can see
    • The name of the child you can't see

    We will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • How do I invite another guardian to the appointment?

  • What do I do on the day?

    On the day of the video appointments (or before, if you want to test your camera and microphone) login to Parents Evening at the usual web address, or click the login link from the bottom of the email confirmation you received when you booked your appointment.

    Once logged in you will see a notice that you have upcoming video appointments and under this the details of the event, along with a Join Video Appointments button.

    Press the button to join your appointment on the day - or to test your camera/microphone at any time.

  • What are the Recommended Settings?

    In order to make video calls you need to have as a minimum:

    • a device with a microphone and speaker/headphones
    • a compatible up-to-date web browser:
      iPhone/iPad: Safari  
      Note: there is a known issue joining video calls using iOS 14.2. Please upgrade any iOS 14.2 devices to iOS 14.3, or use an alternate device.
      Android: Chrome or Firefox
      Windows: Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge (Chromium - download here)
      Mac: Safari, Chrome or Firefox
      Linux: Chrome or Firefox

    We also recommend:

    • Using your smartphone for video appointments. If you don't have a smartphone with a front-facing camera, use a laptop or computer with a webcam.
    • Using a headset (or earphones with a microphone) to reduce echo.
  • My Microphone/Camera isn't working
  • None of the above worked, what do I do now?
